敬語は使い分ける。
敬語の使い分けは、ちょっと難しいかもしれません。
使い方を間違えると、他人行儀な距離感を与えてしまうこともあります。
取引先の人に対しては、自分より年齢や役職が下の人であっても「尊敬語」を使うことが、ビジネスを円滑に進める上でのポイントです。
